How do I report an incident?
Open the app, tap the Report button on the Incidents screen, add your location and description. Reports are reviewed through our 5-layer AI verification process within minutes.
Is SaferCiti available outside Nigeria?
Yes โ€” our International plan ($9.99/month) provides full access for users outside Nigeria, including diaspora, NGO workers, and foreign nationals visiting Nigeria.
How do I upgrade from Core to Pro?
In the app, go to Settings > Subscription > Upgrade to Pro. Payment is processed securely via Paystack in Naira.
How do I submit a missing persons report?
In the app, navigate to the Missing tab and tap + Report Missing. Include a photo, description, last known location and contact details. Reports are cross-checked against media sources automatically.
